9to5 is a national grassroots membership organization that strengthens women’s ability to work for economic justice. 9to5 accomplishes its mission by building local networks and chapters, working for corporate and public policy change, and providing information, support, and resources to women experiencing discrimination, harassment, and oppression.

The overall mission of Gateway Battered Women's Services (Gateway) is to work toward the elimination of personal and societal violence against all women and children by empowerment through education, support services, and by actually promoting social change within the community.

National Council of Jewish Women, a Colorado non-profit organization, established in 1893, is the oldest national Jewish women’s volunteer organization in the United States. Colorado Section is one of the 11 founding NCJW Sections, founded in October of 1893, and expresses its commitment to advancing human welfare through volunteers engaged in coordinated programs. NCJW is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action.

The Northeast Women's Center (NEWC), a Mile High United Way agency, is a non-profit, community based agency created to serve women and their families in northeast Denver.

Established in 1977, SafeHouse Denver operates the only shelter in the City and County of Denver that exclusively serves victims of domestic violence. SafeHouse Denver works to eliminate domestic violence in our communities by providing shelter and counseling to victims of abuse; working with public and community agencies to improve the way our systems respond to domestic violence; and by offering educational programming to prevent future violence.

Warren Village exists so that low-income, single parent families achieve sustainable personal and economic self-sufficiency. People who are homeless have not only lost their home, they have also lost their connection to the community. Safe and secure housing, combined with self-help services gives stranded families the opportunity to regroup and become valuable members of society.

For 16 years the Women's Bean Project has helped women break the cycle of poverty and unemployment. We teach workplace competencies for entry-level jobs through employment and by teaching job readiness and life skills in our gourmet food production business.

The Women's Crisis & Family Outreach Center (WCFOC) is concerned about families affected by violence. Since its inception, this agency has provided programs and services to any domestic violence victim requesting those services and to the region at-large. These include our residential and non-residential programs as well as community presentations, trainings, and educational offerings; these are provided on a non-discriminatory basis regardless of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation. We serve persons from all ethnic, cultural and economic groups, of all ages and lifestyles.

Work Options for Women is a non-profit organization that is committed to alleviating the obstacles that impoverished women face on a daily basis. Through our innovative and comprehensive job training program, we aim to provide women with the tools for success. Our mission is to help low-income women gain the skills and confidence they need to work their way out of the cycle of poverty and into self-sufficiency.
