Job Description

Manage the drilling fluids program for the Midland Division, supervise mud engineers for daily mud checks and maintenance of drilling fluids. Check solids control equipment, and advise/assist the mud vendors. Review the mud programs and reports, plan mud systems and methods going forward and help make recommendations to improve our operations. Identify and implement cost savings to help reduce overall drilling costs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

10+ years mud engineering/drilling fluids experience. Basic computer and math skills, good communication and organizational skills. Must have High School diploma or GED. Good driving record required.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
