We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Director of Operations.

 

As the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety within our company. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of operations, including installer dispatch, front office management, and customer communication. Your primary focus will be on promoting teamwork, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining a pleasant work environment for our team.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote positive communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and courteous communication with clients and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, seeking feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team coordination and client interaction.
  • Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting, to support efficient and effective operations.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in operational leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products and CRM software, with a strong aptitude for technology.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute to our office in Centennial, CO.
