Intrado is looking to add aSenior Product Managerto join our team. This role will focus on Intrado's international expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to set an international strategy focused driving growth through new market expansion.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products from conception to launch and beyond. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a proven track record of successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmaps:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
    • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining milestones and timelines for product development
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
    • Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies
  • Product Development:
    • Lead the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities
  • User Experience and Design:
    • Work closely with the design team to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences
    • Advocate for the importance of user experience and usability in product development
  • Metrics and Performance:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product launches
    • Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements
    • Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders, including executives
  • Customer Centric:
    • Engage with customers on a frequent basis to help shape strategy and roadmap
    • Responsible for preparing presentations and presenting to customers
    • Expected to meet with customers remotely and in person to build relationships and shape product strategy

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
  • Prior experience launching new products, Cloud-based and/or SaaS products and/or data analytics and business intelligence experience is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding and experience with products and markets outside of North America is also strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The anticipated hiring salary for this position is between $115,000 and $125,000 per year and will be commensurate with experience.
