Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, the Accountant will be the main point of contact and responsible for the timely and accurate monthly close of the Oracle EBS system. This position requires a high degree of cross-department and cross-business unit interaction. The Corporate Accounting department operates with a significant number of deadlines and reporting obligations and as such, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for Oracle EBS system monthly close process, and being finance's subject matter expert in Oracle to assist in user needs
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting for certain Foreign Subsidiary legal entities
  • Backup for SAP FI Master Data Maintenance and FI Close processes
  • Assist in the preparation of Corporate business unit management reporting, including the Corporate business unit P&L and Balance Sheet Variance analysis
  • Support on-going continuous improvement initiatives and projects as required, including proactively participating in identification and development of more efficient, value-add processes Support on-going initiatives and projects as required

What you will bring:

  • 5 years of work experience, more specifically accounting ERP specific experience, preferably in a public company
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Accounting working towards professional accounting designation is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle EBS preferred but not required
  • Experience with data and variance analysis, including researching causes and providing clear explanations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results orientation, with ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong attention to details combined with the ability to see the big picture
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making capability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Pro-active approach to identifying issues &/or potential for improvement and taking ownership to resolve
  • Experience using SAP, Oracle and consolidation system BPC/EPM would be considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $79,600 - $109,450annually. This range is estimated for Accountant, Corporate Accountingrole in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan,consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
