The Role

With a passion for Ping products and services, the Technical Enablement Architect will work closely with our Sales Enablement, Business Value, Product, and Engineering teams to educate and influence technical audiences (with a little bit of fun possibly included) about how Ping is championing identities on an everyday basis. The goal of this role is to execute on our mission of equipping Ping Identians and our Partner network with the business, technical skills and industry knowledge to create, deploy and maintain world class identity solutions, and our vision of empowering Ping Identity's technical field to create solutions for customers' complex identity and access management challenges.

The Team

As a Tech Enablement Architect at Ping Identity, you will play a key role in being a member of a world-class centralized Technical Enablement team, supporting highly effective global sales engineering teams and our Partner network . The Technical Enablement team fosters the cultural synergy between sales engineering, selling pods and product engineering to be at the forefront of the latest and greatest at Ping. This role will report into the Sr Director, Tech Enablement, and will collaborate with Tech Enablement Architect, Team Lead, for all everyday tasks and activities..

Responsibilities
  • Constantly iterate and implement the Technical Enablement Program vision as defined by Sr Director of Technical Enablement
  • Work with Product Leaders and Field SMEs to optimize product messaging on how Ping's technology brings value add to enterprises and end users alike to audiences of varying experiences
  • Learn, configure and deploy demo and POC environments as it relates to Ping products and services
  • Be as a subject matter expert and support live / recorded onboarding and ongoing Sales and Technical Enablement events
  • Update tools, training and resource materials for all live / recorded onboarding and ongoing Technical Enablement programs
  • Collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to scale existing or build new training and knowledge sharing programs
  • Plan, deliver, host, participate, execute, and support real-time live and virtual events hosted by the Sales and Tech Enablement Team, such as Kick-Off, Mid-Year QBRs, Onboarding Programs
  • Be an active participant in all of the Enablement Programs

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing/communication roles
  • Understanding of security software, identity and access management software
  • Solid attention to communication, detail and organization
  • Bring a solid understanding and passion for adult learning and measuring program effectiveness
  • Ability to work leadership/stakeholders across multiple groups and levels
  • Ability to build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key personnel
  • Energy, drive, commitment and passion
  • Working hours range on average from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. Due to the global nature of Ping's business, working outside of these hours may be required in order to fulfill job requirements
  • Minimal travel for hosting events may be required - up to 10%
  • Travel may also be required for in-person events such as SKO, QBR,

Identiverse, Youniverse and in-office Tuesdays
