Job Description

David Evans and Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewable Energy Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project administrative tasks, ensuring deliverables are on schedule, and coordinating workload planning for all renewable energy projects. This role plays a crucial part in the successful execution and delivery of renewable energy initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables for renewable energy projects.
    • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Communicate with project teams to gather updates and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Workload Planning:
    • Collaborate with project managers to plan and distribute workloads effectively across teams.
    • Monitor resource availability and utilization to optimize project efficiency.
    • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively address workload challenges.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, milestones, and status reports.
    • Generate regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
    • Organize and archive project-related documentation for future reference.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams involved in renewable energy projects.
    • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.
    • Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
    • Recommend process enhancements and best practices to streamline project delivery.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in renewable energy technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, renewable energy, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software+
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy concepts and project lifecycle is a plus.
