As a Back Up Care Customer Care Specialist, you will start your journey in office where 100% of your attendance will be mandatory. You will be learning all the ins and outs of who we are and the services we offer. You will also learn how to assess each family's needs and respond to them accordingly through professional and engaging conversations as necessary.
