Wilson Elser's Denver office is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment to represent sophisticated clients confronted with complex legal challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with general liability, construction defect, coverage and insurance defense experience seeking to grow their professional skills and partner with multiple practice groups.

The Position
Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Admitted in CO and currently practicing; admission in WY and/or UT a plus
• Insurance coverage experience a plus
• Superior communication, writing, and research skills
• Legal project management experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

The annualized salary range for this position is $115,000 to $165,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
