Reporting to the Director of Clinical Epidemiology & Infection Prevention (CEIP), you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and ensuring the ongoing execution of hand hygiene initiatives and antimicrobial stewardship programs (ASP) across our system. This will involve developing assessment protocols for the evaluation, measurement, and improvement of the programs. You will collaborate directly with clinicians and staff to drive critical efforts with a focus on achieving high reliability and zero harm. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that hand hygiene, antimicrobial stewardship, and related CEIP/ASP goals are operationalized and sustained at the department level. This will require you to leverage your knowledge of Lean techniques and other operational improvement methodologies/tools to identify opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for performance improvement facilitation, managing statistics and reports, developing standard work, and leading improvement teams.
Salary Range: $78,800-175,000/annually
