The Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of the team within Treasury. The role provides exposure to cash flow forecasting, global funding and cash management, operational treasury, debt compliance, etc. Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, the Treasury Analyst will interact with a variety of functions within and outside of Treasury, including Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A and Finance Leadership.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, execute and track daily cash transactions
  • Prepare and submit borrowing and repayment requests
  • Monitor activity for several financial facilities and perform reporting on them
  • Manage and track all hedging and debt activity in treasury software suite
  • Prepare cash position reports for senior management
  • Work with Treasury leadership and Financial Planning & Analysis to develop cash forecast and cash flow analyses
  • Oversee day-to-day activity for bank and investment accounts
  • Research and resolve exceptions
  • Work closely with Accounting to ensure proper recording of Treasury activities
  • Work with the auditors on any requests
  • Report and analyze bank charges
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis and information requests from Treasury management and Accounting
  • Assist in managing hedging program
  • Responsible for bank account maintenance and keeping corporate governance and signatories up to date

The Treasury Analyst will be expected to perform high volume transaction execution with an extremely high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will be analytical, detail oriented and organized. He/she will need to apply critical thinking skills and perform research when necessary. This job is expected to be hybrid with 3 days in the office.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-3 years Treasury experience with a public or private company
  • Working knowledge of accounting and cash processes
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, esp. MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; good business judgment; proactive
  • Experience leading projects independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the context of a large, complex, geographically-dispersed organization
  • Continuous improvement attitude with ability and confidence to make recommendations
  • Ability to quickly synthesize disparate data and provide actionable information
  • Highly responsive, leveraging ability to multi-task, work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
  • Energetic with a proven ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to change
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$59,000.00 - $99,000.00 annually.
