In this role, you will support the Corporate Real Estate team with various reporting/analysis and lease administration activities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze data from various sources and formats to support headcount and location strategy decisions.
  • Build clear and effective management-level reports that provide insight and direction on real estate strategies and initiatives.
  • Input, maintain, organize, and report on information regarding key lease dates, rent-related financials and lease transactions into a lease management software database.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile AR & AP rent transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained. Assist in oversight of third-party lease abstraction activity.
  • Partner with landlords and internal accounting teams to research and resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries related to lease terms.
  • Assist with space management and project management reporting activities as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and tracking systems.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate, 3-5 years' experience, or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to excel both independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrate initiative, and exercise judgment in fast paced and changing environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases, including real estate database application experience (such as CoStar) as plus.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is 78,750.00 - 105,000.00 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
