Required Skills-Customer service and technical skills/High school education and 2 3 years helpdesk exp.
Preferred: Active Directory, MECM, Ticketing skills, exp with Office applications and administration, computer and mobile device troubleshooting skills, basic networking skills, experience with Cisco Phones.
