Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary Eagle Health is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our talented team. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for the research, process improvement, and reporting of data within the Oracle Federal Financial application, specific to claims management. The ideal candidate would be someone who understands electronic health records, configuration, and troubleshooting. This position offers an annual salary in the range of $92,000 to $100,000, commensurate with candidate's relevant experience, education, and skills.*
Responsibilities:
Analyze reporting, analysis, and provide recommendations
Provide skilled assistance to budget and financial operations by compiling and verifying data
Demonstrate the ability to facilitate various data calls, projects, and coordination needed for a project
Provide data, reporting knowledge and support to Subject Matter Experts.
Conduct training, as directed by the Government, to ensure support staff is trained in the most current versions of the applications.
Execute custom Oracle Federal Financial fiscal year end programs
Establish cost elements and cost element mapping tables for newly implemented TRICARE healthcare programs.
Perform setup for all new and existing Purchased Care Contracts.
Conduct user acceptance testing for changes made
Demonstrate ability to interpret contract modification language and how those impact the financial system
Set up and research financial data within areas of Oracle Federal Financial Application
Perform, plan, and test change requests to the Oracle Federal Financial system
Establish Line of Accounting attributes
Perform year end setups

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Five years of financial analysis, financial reporting, experience is required; years of experience in lieu of education is acceptable
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred, but not required
Proactive financial professional with a understanding of financial reporting, including balance sheets, and cash flow
Must be able to interact with all levels of management within the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities
Strong Excel skills and experience working with business intelligence tools
Strong Access skills
Oracle Financial application experience preferred
Beginner knowledge of standard query language (SQL) preferred
Continuous Process Improvement and troubleshooting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
